Data Handling & On-Chain Security
1. On-Chain Data Persistence
As a blockchain-based infrastructure, all valid transactions and credit state transitions are recorded on an immutable ledger. Participants acknowledge that on-chain data cannot be deleted or modified once finalized.
2. Institutional Anonymity
Syntronus utilizes zero-knowledge proofs and permissioned registries to protect the privacy of institutional loan terms while maintaining verifiable solvency. Personal data is never stored on the public ledger.
3. Third-Party Integration
The protocol may interact with verified third-party compliance providers for KYC/KYB screening. Data exchange with these providers is governed by their respective privacy frameworks and the Syntronus encryption standards.
Last Updated: January 2026
Any institutional participation in the Syntronus Network constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in loss of system access and bond forfeiture.
